GENERAL INFORMATION
Please read this information carefully to schedule you dock time. R.H. Barringer uses the online Encompass to schedule and reserve all receiving appointments.
- All dock times must be reserved through Encompass in advance. There are no exceptions.
- All AB loads must have an appointment booked through Anheuser Busch Logistics.
- To schedule a dock time, you must have or create a log in.

DOCK TIME REQUIREMENTS
Please be aware of the following dock time reservation requirements:
- No dock time may be reserved more than 72 hours in advance.
- Any carrier that falls below an average of 80% on time arrival in a two week period, will only be able to schedule 24 hours in advance for the next 4 weeks.
- Appointments should only be scheduled on the hour.
