On Premise Area Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement plans to grow brands
• Prepare and present marketing support tools available to the sales force
• Coordinate and implement the local execution of national and geographic marketing plans
• Develop relationships to grow market share in segment
• Participate in Team Selling with Sales Reps
• Handle customer/retailer issues of local trends, company direction and community needs
• Perform business analysis and use information in identifying additional opportunities
• Plan for weekly sales meetings and participate in presenting materials
• Plan and execute special events/promotions
• Assist General Manager in meeting KPI's
• Coach sales team to recognize opportunities in the market
• Prioritize daily objectives for team
Qualifications
• College Degree Preferred
• Prior leadership management experience leading a team
• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record
• Positive service-oriented attitude
• Able to work weekdays, weekend and night promotions
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and organization skills
