Job Responsibilities
Manage lead, motivate and develop personnel including selection/hiring, performance management and employee relations
Schedule and conduct ride-with and team sells as required
Maintain retail call frequency as required to properly cover the market
Establish and monitor quality control standards (product freshness, finished product loss)
Execute Inventive programs to drive key sales objectives
Develop, implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators as it relates to the Sales Department
Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines, and RH Barringer standards and policies per company handbook
Respond, investigate and resolve retailer questions and concerns to maintain a high level of customers service.
Manage expenses for assigned area of responsibility
Call on key buyers to develop and implement retail programs
Participate in Account Shelf Reset Process
Other functions as needed
Qualifications
Demonstrated coaching skills, supervisory experience preferred
Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position: Bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, etc.
Valid Driver’s License with proof of no-fault insurance
Sales Route experience calling on Restaurants, Bars, grocery stores and convenient stores or similar experience
Experience preferably in the beverage or consumer products industry
College Degree Preferred
